A lounge named after J.W. Hart, a key figure in developing the former foreign settlement, which was an undeveloped area in the early Meiji period.
During the day, you can enjoy afternoon tea and other café offerings, while in the evening, you can take in the panoramic night view of Kobe through the large windows during bar time.
