Regarding cancellations	Please cancel your reservation by the day before. • For group reservations of 10 or more people, please make your reservation at least one week in advance. *For cancellations made after the cancellation deadline, the full cancellation fee will be charged.
Regarding benefits for Crane Members	The hotel will provide you with one complimentary dessert. (This will be prepared for all customers who have ordered the adult plan.) *This offer is only valid for those who mention it at the time of booking.
